Sublime , a high-impact advertising marketplace that creates and delivers premium advertising experiences , today announced the acquisition of Adledge to leverage Sublime's existing technology. The acquisition of Adledge will enable Sublime to offer new advertising performance measurement capabilities , supporting the company's strategic development and global growth. Adledge is a global, independent measurement company committed to promoting transparency and brand safety by ensuring ads are displayed and viewed in safe contextual and brand environments across desktops, mobile devices and connected TVs.
In its efforts to improve the advertising environment by meeting industry standards, the company submits its solutions to regular audits and, as a result, was Denmark Telegram Number Data accredited by the Media Rating Council (MRC) in April 2018. Adledge will remain legally independent, but will be incorporated into the Sublime Group and all of its employees will move to Sublime's headquarters in Paris. Combining the assets of the two companies will allow both parties to complement their expertise, including viewability measurement, brand safety and fraud management. Using Adledge's improved algorithms, Sublime will also develop new algorithms based on ad quality and brand safety to select the best inventory for each brand.
Marc Rouanet, CEO and co-founder, commented: “We are delighted to welcome the Adledge team to Sublime. Our continued goal is to bring value to our partners, publishers and advertisers. Sublime will continue to work with third-party brand measurement and security companies, but the integration of Adledge's technology and expertise will allow Sublime to provide a qualitative and differentiating offering . “Adledge’s continued efforts to raise industry standards make her the perfect addition to the Sublime Group, ensuring our future success as a leading digital brand platform.” The news follows the acquisition of Kpsule in 2017, which was integrated into Sublime's existing portfolio, and the European partnership with Kargo in 2018.
